System Overview


Our multi-stage robotic painting line is built around a heavy-duty, floor-mounted chain-on-flat or skid conveyor system, allowing for synchronous part transport and precision positioning. Each part is mounted on a customizable fixture that interacts seamlessly with multiple robotic spray stations. Housed within an insulated, modular clean-room grade enclosure, the system ensures zero contamination throughout the entire application and drying sequence. Depending on production needs, the line can be configured with highly efficient modular dry-filter booths or our advanced water wash filtration technology to capture overspray and maintain a safe, compliant working environment.
